Q. Why haven't I received my
order?
A.
Most Vinyl Decal Stickers and Graphics are normally shipped
withing 24 hours of order confirmation (exlcuding weekends
and public holidays). Custom orders can take longer. Bladerunner
Graphics do our best to service your needs. You will receive
email contact throughout the trasaction and therefore you
will usually know when your order has been sent.
Delays can be caused by the following:
- Invalid or Declined Credit Card
- We are waiting for your money order to arrive
- We are waiting for Bank Deposit funds to clear - we will
not send products until bank deposit payments have cleared.
- Customs Service outside Australia. Lost shipment claims
cannot be filed until 30 days from time of shipment.
Q. I would like a sticker that is not on
your website. Can you make it for me?
A. Yes
we can make custom stickers, decals and graphics for you.
This is our specialty, our designers are ready to create your
designs. In addition, we have many designs in our library
that are not shown on our website so we may already have what
you are looking for. Please feel free to send us an email
and we will gladly advise you and provide you with a free
quotation.
Q. I want to reverse/mirror one of
the decal stickers. Can you reverse the sticker so that it
faces the opposite direction?
A. Yes.
If we have not provided the option to reverse/mirror then
simply state "Please reverse on of the stickers"
in the special delivery instructions in the checkout. If you
are still unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
