Q. What payment types do you
accept?

We accept credit card payments through PayPal, Australia Post
Money Orders, Business Cheques, and Bank Deposit or Transfer.
Please note that products will not be despatched until payments
have cleared.
Q. How long does it take to manufacture
and send my products?
A. Most
orders are manufactured and despatched within 1 to 5 business
days(excluding weekends and holidays) of order confirmation.
Delays are caused by payment clearance delays and material
stock shortages.
Standard products not requiring quotations are produced within
1-2 business days.
Custom orders are produced within 1-2 business days after
customer confirmation.
Bulk orders are produced within 1-5 business days unless
otherwise specified.

PLEASE NOTE: The times listed above are the days required
for production and do not include the time required for shipping.
The shipping time starts when the package is posted.
