Q. What size sticker should
I order?
A. Usually
you will have a good idea of where on your vehicle you would
like to place your sticker/graphic. eg. bonnet, windscreen,
side window, rear window, door, boot, dash, motorcycle tank,
tail gate etc. However you should measure you vehicle before
choosing a size of vinyl sticker or graphic.
Use a measuring tape, ruler (yard stick) or other device to
determine the area where the sticker is to be applied. Measure
the height (up and down) and width (left to right) in millimetres
for your desired sticker (total size, not size of individual
letters). All of our stickers have accurate scale options.
Unit Conversion
1cm(Centimetre) = 10mm (millimetres)
1inch = 25.4mm
With most vinyl stickers, make sure the sticker size is smaller
than the application area. This will ensure the sticker will
fit the area properly. For example, most windscreens are 1150mm
to 1320mm wide and common windscreen decal sizes are 700mm
to 1000mm.
Please be sure to measure accurately before purchasing as
all out products are custom made to order, so there are no
returns, exchanges or refunds once the product has shipped.
If purchasing one of our products as a present, please have
another responsible person do the measuring and colour choosing
for you.
Q. What Colour would look good on
my car?
A. While
you are measuring, take a look at the area and visualise the
decal sticker or graphic and choose a colour or colours. Generally
a light coloured decal stickers will look best on a window
or dark paintwork, while darker colours will look best on
lighter serfaces.
From our experience, if you want something bright you may
be thinking orange of yellow but white seems to stand out
the most(on dark surfaces of course). |
